Return Policy

We are a customer-centric company dedicated to providing you with the highest quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, issues can occasionally arise. If you encounter any problems with the item you received, we will do our best to resolve them to your satisfaction.

Before returning or exchanging an item, please contact us at support@graffittibox.com. We will provide you with the complete return and refund service process.

Warning: Customized products are unique and made specifically for you. Therefore, unless the product has a manufacturer's defect, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customized products under any circumstances.

Return Instructions:

- To request a return, please send an email to support@graffittibox.com. Please include your order number, the relevant product(s), and the reason for the return in the email.
- Your order is eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or return.
- If the issue is our error, please take photos of the defective or incorrectly shipped item(s), along with a description, and attach them to your email.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition, and retain its original packaging and any gifts received with it. If the returned item does not match the description or is damaged, we may offer only a partial refund or no refund at all. Depending on the situation, we may donate the item, dispose of it appropriately, or send it back to you, in which case you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Please note, if the reason for return is not due to GRAFFITTIBOX's responsibility, all return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the product cost; the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
- However, if the return is due to a defective product or an incorrect shipment, GRAFFITTIBOX will cover the return shipping cost based on international shipping rates.
- All product returns must be sent to our designated official return address, which will be provided upon return approval. To complete your return, please include your proof of purchase and contact information with the returned item(s).
- Refunds (if applicable): After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification. We will then process your refund, which will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. This typically takes 1-3 business days. If there is a delay or you do not see the refund reflected, please contact us at support@graffittibox.com.

Exchange Instructions:

- To request an exchange, please send an email to support@graffittibox.com. Please include your order number, the relevant product(s), and the reason for the exchange in the email.
- Your order is eligible for exchange within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, we regret that we cannot offer an exchange.
- If the issue is our error, please take photos of the defective or incorrectly shipped item(s). We offer one free exchange in such cases.
- For all exchanges, we will provide detailed instructions regarding exchange costs and procedures based on the specific order circumstances.

Discount Code and Gift Instructions:

- If you forget to use a discount code at checkout, we can only apply it for you within 12 hours after the order is placed.
- Only one discount code can be used per purchase.
- Discount codes cannot be applied to previous orders or used retroactively after an order has been shipped.
- All discount codes or store credits are not reusable after a return.
- If an order includes gifts or promotional items and the return results in the original order value no longer meeting the gift eligibility threshold, the gift must be returned along with the original item(s).
- If the gift is not returned: If you are unable to return the gift, the retail value of the gift will typically be deducted from your refund.
